Terms and Conditions

All our grave tending's visits will take  place between the opening hours of each individual cemeteries

Because of the nature of our service we cannot obtain a signature so a digital photo will be taken stating date/time and will be kept on record 

We accept no liability for loss or damage after the order as been     fulfilled

We will require a grave number ( plot number ) or directions if this information is not provided there will be a further charge to locate the grave number.

Payment should be cleared 7 working days before tending

If you wish to cancel the tending service we will need 1 months    written notice

We reserve any rights to terminate the contract at any time

We hold no responsibility for any damage done to the headstone      before the contract commences

We reserve the right to change any discounts and prices at any time

Cheques made payable to Carl John wootton

Cash and Cheques accepted payment details can be discussed at a later date
